Armed combat. There are three types of weapons used:
Foil = a light, thrusting weapon; can only touch opponent's torso
Epee = a heavy. Thrusting weapon;can touch opponent's entire body
Sabre = a light, cutting and thrusting weapon; can only touch above opponent's waist (except hands)


Fives (Rugby Fives)

A ball is propelled against the walls of a special court using gloved or bare hands as though they were a racket. There are two main types of fives, rugby fives and eton fives.

Folk Dancing

Dances usually to traditional music, the execution is usually dominated by an inherited tradition rather than innovation and danced by people with little or no professional training on a social basis.



Team sport played between two teams of eleven players. The object of the game is to score by driving the ball into the opposing goal. The goalkeepers are the only players allowed to use their hands, the rest of the team usually use their feet to kick the ball.


Freestyle Aerobics

Freestyle aerobics is an aerobics style in which a group instructor choreographs several short dance combinations and teaches them to the class



Variant of football that is played on a smaller playing surface and mainly played indoors. Played between two teamsof five players, one of which is the goalkeeper. The rules create an emphasis on improvisation, creativity and technique as well as ball control and passing in small spaces.
