Two teams of seven pass and bounce a ball around a field or court, and try to throw the ball into their opponent's goal. The team with the most goals after two periods of 30 minutes wins.


Hang Gliding & Paragliding

An air sport in which a pilot flies a light and unmotorized foot-launchable aircraft, the pilot is ensconced in a harness, and is the aircraft is controlled by shifting body weight.


Harness Racing

A form of standardbred horse-racing, the horse usually pulls a two-wheeled cart called sulkies and is directed and controlled by a driver in the cart. Standardbred horses use their ability to race in a harness at a trot or pace.


Highland Games

Events held throughout Scotland and other countries as a way of celebrating Scottish and Celtic culture and heritage. Centred on competitions in piping and drumming, dancing, and Scottish heavy athletics, the games also include entertainment and exhibits related to other aspects of Scottish and Gaelic culture.
