Catherine Mitchell Yoga

From the physical postures to the breath and meditation, I believe that what we practise on our yoga mats can help enhance the way we live our lives off of our mats, whether thatís stretching and strengthening our bodies, finding mental space to understand our thoughts, or a calm centre to call on in stressful times. I have been practising for 20 years and teaching since 2011. I am a 500 hour registered teacher through Yoga Alliance and am also qualified to teach pre- and post-natal yoga and yoga and mindfulness to teens.
