Circuits R Us

Circuits R Us classes are aimed at over 50's or beginners to exercise but all fitness levels and adult ages are welcome. The classes are based on a circuit format that can be done at your own pace and alternatives can be given if you are unable to perform that exercise. At every class there will be a variety of different exercises used to help target weight loss, heart fitness, strength building and flexibility. Each exercise will be carried out for a short time to keep the classes varied.

Our Circuits R Us classes are fun, friendly and encouraging. All new members are always made to feel welcomed by the instructor Claire and other group members.
