Fighting Fit

A workout based on fighter style training with 3 minute rounds on bags, pads, circuits & more.
The session is open all day so can be joined at any-time. It doesn't matter how much or how little you want to train - your only restrictions are your time and desire to get fit and learn new skills.

We also offer One - to - One coaching sessions.

As general advice goes, we ask that you consult your Dr if you have any current medical needs before starting our sessions. These will be noted on our records via your first time session form.
