The classes are held in a happy and relaxed atmosphere and include a variety of exercises which concentrate on stretching and strengthening every part of your body. The class encourages a greater understanding for the way in which your body moves
and works. It will help improve your body shape,
your body posture and make you look and feel slimmer.
