The Jonathan Fox Fitness Suite is dedicated to helping people become more active, achieve their health goals and feel good.

The Fitness Suite
The Fitness Suite has 17 exercise stations with a variety of cardio, resistance and free weight equipment. Monthly or casual membership options are available. Opening hours: Monday - Friday, 5.30pm - 8.30pm and Saturdays 9.00am - 13:00pm

Personal Training
Emma Webb, the fitness instructor is a qualified personal trainer and offers private and group personal training sessions.

Weekly Zumba classes are available every Wednesday 6.30pm, 4 per session. The rules: no skimpy outfits, no mirrors, just fun routines to good music.

Weekly Fitsteps classes are available every Wednesday 7.30pm, 4 per session.
If you've every fancied learning the dances from Strictly Come Dancing, this fitness class will keep you moving with the basic steps to well know music you can sing a long to.
