JP Fitness Cornwall offers affordable fitness to a range of abilities. We focus all of our classes at a beginner level and provide suitable progressions and regressions where needed.

Our services include:

Personal training - Bespoke training programmes for 1 or up to 4. All packages include nutritional analysis and advice from a Nutritional Therapist, fitness testing throughout the programme, regular programme updates and an array of training types.

Bootcamp - Walking, jogging and body weight exercises designed to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. You will train as part of a group and will not be left behind.

Beginners Running Club - Start with intervals of walking and jogging to increase your stamina. Progress with sprint intervals. Nobody is left behind as you will remain part of a group.

Boxercise - A high energy class, limited to 20 people so book NOW! Every session different... Non contact pad work between you and a partner, Boxercise circuits and cardio. The class is held at the Mawgan Recreation Hall, Helston. Sessions will take place within the hall or in the park. You really have been spoilt with a great venue!

Buggy Bootcamp - A NEW low impact class suitable for buggies and bumps, held by our pregnancy specialist, Jane. Use your body weight, resistance bands and other functional equipment to maintain your fitness. Cardio is a fundamental aspect of the class with walking or gentle jogging. Held at Tehidy (Camborne), Helston and Haulfryn (Praa Sands).

High intensity interval training - High Intensity Interval Training. Intervals of bodyweight exercises to upbeat music. A bit like Insanity training but with more intervals and breaks. This class can easily be progressed and regressed to suit all abilities. Work on your strength, balance, endurance, core, agility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness in only 1 hour! Class held at the Mawgan Recreation Hall. In the summer, enjoy the beautiful views, and fresh air on the Cornish coastline, whilst working up a sweat!

Aqua Aerobics - A NEW CLASS taught by our newest instructor, Nicky Sansom. Enhance your strength, flexibility, posture, and free your mind with another beginner friendly class. Pilates is taught at Haulfryn, Praa Sands in a bright studio environment. Pilates is a great opportunity to tone up post-pregnancy, strengthening your core and pelvic floor.

Pilates - Another brand NEW CLASS taught by our newest instructor, Nicky Sansom. Use the resistance of the water and swimming aids to help tone and sculpt your physique. This class is suitable for beginners and those who would like a low impact exercise option. Aqua aerobics is held at Haulfryn, Praa Sands in a heated swimming pool. Changing facilities are available.

Corporate Training - We can come to you and deliver a training class of your choice. Team building and physical activity in the work place has been proven to boost morale.

Pre and post natal ladies are welcome as we have a specialist who is able to adapt all exercise programmes, and regress classes as necessary.

Soon we will be able to offer exercise referrals, cancer rehabilitation and adaptions for the adults and the elderly special population.
