This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.Bootcamp – Saturday’s @ 8.30 am – Goonhavern Park/HallOur bootcamps comprise of varied exercises, including training with sandbags, tires, battling ropes, kettlebells, TRX and more. Storm fitness bootcamps will get you out of your comfort zone and outside living up fitness and fun.
