Zumba with Rachel Bridger

Hi I'm Rachel I am a Zumba fitness instructor. Been teaching since October 2012. Zumba is a mix of of dance/aerobic elements. It's a fun packed workout with maximum benefits. It suits a wide range of ages and fitness levels. It mixes international music with some of our music choice! Mine tends to go towards cheesy pop!!! I'm a fun, relaxed(kind of!) instructor who aims to put a smile on everyone face whilst working out! Why not pop along and give this amazing form of exercise a try!
