Dance is arguably one of the most fun ways to get your daily permitted exercise and is a great way to exercise with members of your family at home or outside if you're feeling confident! One of the best things about dance is that there is something for everyone not matter what your level of ability or taste and the variety and styles are almost endless - right Dads??

Not only is dance a great all-round whole-body activity improving fitness, strength, balance and coordination it's also good for your mental wellbeing too. Dance makes you happy and coordinating a sequence of body movements has also been shown to be effective in maintaining mental agility, particularly important as our dancing shoes get older!
