Keep Fit

Commonly referred to as aerobics which is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. Usually performed to music. There are a whole range of keep fit classes ranging from step aerobics, kickboxing and cardio cycling.
