parkrun

parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs locally in Cornwall and around the world. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.

Taking place in pleasant Cornish surroundings, parkrun encourages people of every ability to take part; from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; They welcome you all.

There are 5 parkruns currently in Cornwall, located at Penrose National Trust Estate, Lanhydrock House, Tamar Lakes, Mount Edgcumbe and Trelissick, near Truro.
