Wild Swimming in Cornwall

Come and join us on Sunday 28th October at Adrenaline Quarry near Liskeard for a social swim in this freshwater drowned quarry - it's big, deep and cold but very beautiful - perfect for those needing to acclimatise in water colder than the sea.

Meet us at 11.45am at the coasteering car park at the bottom of the lane (first right as you turn into Adrenaline Quarry down a rough road) - we will need to register as swimmers on arrival.

See our website for further details about any of our events.
