To celebrate we have some amazing offers just for you girls!

From cycling to rounders and gig rowing to piloxing there is something for everyone.

Whether you want to #BeBoldforChange or try something new there is so much to get involved in and show that #ThisGirlCan.

This Girl Can is a celebration of active women who are doing their thing no matter how well they do it, how they look or even how red their face gets. Developed by Sport England, we want to help women overcome the fear of judgement that is stopping too many women and girls from joining in.

These guided sessions are a great way for parents and young children to spend some quality fun time together; giving children a kick start into the world of sport.

Usually sessions will focus on balance, strength, co-ordination and social interaction.

They are an excellant way to help keep your children fit and healthy whilst having some fun together.

A sport which consists of riding bicycles off-road, often over rough terrain, using specifiaclly adapted mountain bikes. Mountain bikes share similarities with other bikes, but incorporate features designed to enhance durability and performance in rough terrain.
