Have you ever thought about a social game of badminton during your lunch hour or even straight after work?... Why not challenge your work colleagues to a game of badminton! Badminton England can assist you to facilitate such an opportunity with their Play Badminton programme.

No Strings Badminton

No Strings Badminton is BADMINTON England's low cost, local pay and play initiative that offers relaxed court time for adults of all age and ability strings

This ever popular way to play offers weekly sociable 'just drop in' badminton sessions at over 670 leisure facilities across England.

Game play is a pace to suit you. With a friendly session leader on hand, there is always someone to play with whether you are a beginner, want a casual hit with work colleagues or wish to take up the challenge of starting a new hobby.

The average session fee is £3 for a full hour on court and there is no need to pre-book in advance, pay membership fees or even bring a racket (as most venues will provide equipment).

Court times are convenient to suit busy schedules with lunch time and 'out of working hours' sessions proving popular with players.

You can even decide what rules and scoring to play to - as long as your opponent agrees!

Log your 'Battle' score each time you play to collect points and rise the ranks on local and national leaderboards. Invite your work colleagues to join your 'friends' leaderboard to see who comes out on top in the 'Battle Badminton' stakes - both on court and in the off court banter!
